C’est La V’s owner, Kim Garr, has loved to bake since she was a little girl. Over three years ago, she started working as a professional baker at Leda’s Bakeshop in Sherman
Oaks, CA. While at Leda’s, Kim eventually convinced the owner that vegan baked goods don’t all taste like cardboard, and she helped launch a vegan line that was met with great success, among vegans and non-vegans alike. When Leda's closed it's doors in late '08, Kim decided that vegan baking was indeed her passion and the path she needed to pursue, and C’est La V Bakeshop was born!
